Every lot is processed on modern IQF lines that flash-freeze produce at very low temperatures, keeping individual pieces separate, loose and ready to pour — with none of the clumping or freezer-burn of conventional block-frozen produce.
- Locked-in Freshness — Vegetables and fruits are washed, cut, blanched (where applicable) and frozen within hours of harvest to preserve colour, texture and nutrients.
